Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on the complaint investigation, it was determined that the licensee/staff did not provide adequate supervision for children in care, resulting in two children conducting inappropriate interactions amongst themselves. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety to the children in care.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee disclosed that infants currently in care are not napping and therefore no 15 minute sleeps/log are being kept. Also, old logs documenting sleep checks were not available for review. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
