Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two bottles of toilet bowl cleaner were observed in the children's bathroom not under lock, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. One bottle was on a high shelf and another in an unlocked cabinet.
