Admission Agreements — The course of the investigation revealed that the facility posted pictures of the subject child on social media channels, when they did not have written consent, according to the signed admission agreement. The facility stated that they did recieve a verbal request for photos on the TLE app.

Reporting Requirements — the facility failing to notify the Department of an unusual incident until approximately.. two days after the occurrence, due to the subject teacher not notifying facility administration after leaving the facility early.
