Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that in all 6 classroosm there was a cabinet present that stored items that stated "call poison control" on their labels. These items were in a storage area that was inaccessible to children. However, the storage area was secured by something other than a key or combination lock specifically. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
