Also observed were at least 3 different cleaning detergents sitting on the kitchen counter, also poisonous to the children in care. Additionally, the restroom had cleaning chemicals stored under the restroom sink. Licensee stated co-licensee was not available during todays inspection. Co-licensee now works a job that exceeds 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
