Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status — During today’s visit, LPA toured the facility and observed 4 children 7 years old in care with the preschool children. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

Personal Rights — the teacher's admission that she did not know that child #1 peed on her pants. Several interviewers also stated that the children were sometimes alone without adult supervision, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.

Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — the record review and interview with Victoria (owner) and Emily (office staff). Victoria has a family child care home. Emily does not have all the courses or experience to be a director, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care.

Health-Related Services — Based on observation and interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, During today's inspection, LPA observed 2 childcare children need Prescription. However, the center does not have IMS plan for each child. The licensee said she did not know she needs the plan for medications, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
