Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on five of six interviews and records reviewed, C1 was left alone in the classroom for approximately thirty minutes without supervision. Reporting Requirements — On 2/21/24, C1 was left unsupervised in classroom the entire duration of music class and not found until classroom and teachers returned. No UIR was called in or reported to CCL within 10 days of the occurrence. This poses a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk to the children in care.
