Infant Care Food Service — ; Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when during the walk through if Infant Room (1), LPA observed an infant laying against a pillow, and a bottle propped up for feeding, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Assistant Infant Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — Based on observation, interview and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in they do not have an assistant director and have 34 enrolled infants, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
