Infant Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the director has been away from the facility since 03/06/26 and a fully qualified director has been present, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
