Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Facility did not have a designated director. Mr. Ilaian has designated himself as acting director when his director left a few months ago. Mr. Ilaian does not qualify as a director. He is missing units in Administration. This deficiency poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
