Personal Rights — Based on interviews, photographs and incident reports, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that it was determined for a two-month period C1 received multiple bites while in care and C1’s personal rights were violated which poses a potential health and safety risk to clients in care.

Infant Care Food Service — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two out of three infants bottles did not contain the date which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

One of the three infants was observed sleeping on their stomach which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
