Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — LPA arrived at the facility at 7:45 AM and the Director was not on the premises at the time of this inspection. LPA asked for the substitute Director and LPA was advised the substitute Director was not available as well. Staff did not know who was in charge. Director arrived on or about 8:30 AM.
