Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on analyst observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as overhead computer cable wires were not secured and were accessible and possibly able to be grabbed by an older child and the cabinet below the kitchen sink, though it has latches on it, is not completely secured and may possibly be removed with an amount of force which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
