Health-Related Services — Based on interviews and records reviewed, the Licensee did not comply in immediately notifying the child's authorized representative when the child sustained a serious injury on 4/24/25 at 4:16 pm and notified at pick up time at 4:34 pm, which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to persons in care.
