This requirement was not met as Based on interviews conducted 6 of 6 staff members confirmed that P1 stated they brought C1 into the classroom from the hallway where they were alone. Witnesses interviewed stated they found C1 in the hallway alone and took C1 back into their classroom. This is a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
