A licensed child day care center located in a building constructed before January 1, 2010, ... drinking water tested for lead contamination. For a license issued before July 1, 2022, initial testing ... and posted before January 1, 2023.Based on record review and interview with the Director, the facility did not complete the required lead testing of its drinking-water by January 1, 2023. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that they have not had a emergency drill since 10/25 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
