Teacher-Child Ratio — Based on interviews, observations, and review of pertinent documentation. LPA determined that children have been left in the care of an aide without the supervision of a teacher, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. this violates the personal rights of children in care.

Each employee and volunteer shall receive an influenza vaccination between August 1 and December 1 of each year. LPA observed that the facility has continued to fail to comply with the regulation cited above.
