Health-Related Services — During today's inspection, LPA observed two (2) children's medications without the original boxes and pharmacy labels, stored in the plastic bags. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
The date by which the licensee must file CCLD's Proof of Correction form, certifying under penalty of perjury that the deficiency was corrected on or before that date. Filing it does not prevent CCLD from making a follow-up visit to verify.
Buildings and Grounds — During today's inspection, LPA observed two (2) water tables filled with water and left unattended outside on the playground. Facility representative stated that staff forgot to empty the water tables after water activities. Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
