Personal Rights — Staff#4 utilizing unprofessional behaviour such as loud voice and offesive remarks towards children in care.

Personal Rights — CCC staff left a ice cooler containing alcohol on CCC property. C6 grabbed a unopened container out of the cooler on 9/26/2023. This posed a potemtial risk to the health and safety of chidlren in care.
