The pool does not contain any of the preventative measure items to prevent children from access, such as fence, pool cover, life ring, and/or life hook

Licensee's daughter/ assistant was seen caring for children while licensee was gone away from the home. Assistant was not fingerprinted clear and missing CPR and Mandated reporter training as well.
