Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for two staff which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Staff (C1 and C4) are missing immunizations for measles and staff, C1 is missing the Health Screening Report (LIC 503).
