LPAs observed cleaning agents, laundry detergent, scissors, car cleaner and pet shampoo under the bathroom sink near the outdoor play area that is accessible to children. LPAs also observed unopened bottles of alcohol in lower shelf of the cabinet in the covered patio.

Child was observed to be asleep in the master bedroom with the door closed while Licensee was in the covered patio with other children. LPAs also observed a preschool child asleep in a play yard in the covered patio with a pillow and blanket inside it.
