Notice to parents that site visit reports are available — Based on observation and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having all parents sign the LIC 9224 when the Type A citation happened (OCT 2023) and when they have newly enrolled students into this facility which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
