Personal Rights — Based on observation, at 10:54AM, there was a child in the high chair. Child was crying. Assistant brought a toy for the child at 11:02AM. Licensee did feed the child, but did not take the child out after feeding.This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed that the 2A10BC fire extinguisher was purchased on 12/02/20. Fire extinguisher is only good for one year from purchase date.
