Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on interviews, observation and records review, Staff 1 does not have required courses to be a qualified teacher, and was left supervising children without a qualified teacher, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Admission Agreements — Based on infromation obtained Director sent out a notice of increase child monthly rates to parents on February 8, 2024 effective March 4, 2024. Director failed to give a required 30 day written notice. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
