Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed fire drill was last conducted on 1/23/23.Director stated that director assumed that fire drill need to be done once a year.
