Personal Rights — Based on observation, and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, staff mock C1's medical condition while in care which poses an immediate OR potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

Infant Care Activities — If an infant falls asleep before being placed in a crib, staff shall move the infant to a crib as soon as possible. Based on observation the facility did not comply with the section cited above by having two infants sleeping in swings.
