Operation of a Family Child Care Home — A kiddie pool filled with approximately 8 inches of water, a horse trough filled with approximately 2 feet of water and a tote filled with approximately 12 inches of water was observed. These items were accessible to daycare children.

Personal Rights — LPA observed a trampoline that was approximately 12 inches off the ground and without netting. The licensee stated the trampoline was not set up according to manufacture guidelines.
