Food Service — During the inspection, LPA observed no thermometer in the refrigerator, the refrigerator door was left open and was unable to verify that the food items were stored at 45 degrees F or less. a thermometer was placed for 30 minutes and the temperature did not reach 45 degrees. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
