Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation of the backyard. LPA observed 3 rose bushes with thorns that are accessible to the children. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — During inspection of the play room, the laundry room doors were closed did not have a lock on the door and LPA observed cleaning products such as mr clean all purpose cleaner, bleach, laundry detergent, and other miscellaneous products. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee stated she has been checking on the infants while they sleep, however she has not been documenting the checks, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
