Activities/Napping — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observed staff #2 supervising children napping. During staff record review LPA found that staff #2 does not have six semester units in early childhood education or child development. Staff #2 is enrolled in six semester units in early childhood education but the facility has not submitted a request for exception for staff #2 as an aide. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
