Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed in the Red Room a bottle of Lysol aresol spray, a bottle of liquid Clorox spray and a bottle of liquid all purpose cleaner in the bottle of an unlocked cabinet. In the Blue, Yellow, Red and Green Rooms, LPA observed, multiple adult size scissors, AA batteries and multiple sharpie markers in an unlocked drawer which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Napping Equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed in the Pink Room children's mats and sheets are stored in a cubbie where children's bedding comes into contact with other bedding. Teacher confirmed children's bedding is stored in cubbie after each nap and sheets are laundered every Monday which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
