Daily Inspection for Illness — Based on interviews and record reviews the licensee did not comply with the section cited above the licensee failed to ensure the spread of communicable disease was prevented at the facility. Interviews and record review revealed approximately 10 children contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFM) while in care. which poses/posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
