Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observation and interview, LPA observed a countertop in the 2 yr old classroom with sharp, broken edging and a patio cover with peeling paint, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation,LPA observed a toilet seat in older preschool bathroom in disrepafety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evidenced by:ir as well as the felt-type lining of a wall in the 2yr old classroom, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review, S4 did not have a measels immunization on file, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 4 staff files reviewed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
