The diaper changing table is also located outside of arms reach where the sink had been. Infant Care Activities — Two infants enrolled in care under 1 year old, who are able to roll, have not initally been placed on their back to sleep. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Outdoor Activity Space — There is a storage shed in the yard that is not properly locked or made inacessable. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
