Napping Equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two of eleven preschool classrooms. Where LPA observed more then ten sleep mats sheets to be in contact with other childrens bedding. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on interview, record review and observations all nine playground gates were either chain locked or zip tied closed due to renovation and repairs. Licensee did not submit a contingency plan for approval to CCL, pending gates being repaired. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
