Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the home, LPA observed an unlocked cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. Inside the unlocked cabinet LPA observed Clorox Bleach Foamer, Ammonia, Cleaner & Degreaser, and CLR Grease Magnet that reads "Harmful if Swallowed" and "Keep Out of Reach of Children." LPA also observed an unlocked drawer inside the kitchen with multiple steak knives that were approximately 6 to 8 inches long. Near the stairs, LPA observed a pill bottle that children in care had access to with approximately 20-30 Pravastatin pills inside. There was also multiple liquor bottles in the bar area which is located on the second level of the home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
