Staffing Ratio and Capacity — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when LPA observed a total of thirteen (13) children present in care, four (4) of the present children were infants. This exceeds the maximum allowable capacity for the facility based on license specifications. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when facility records revealed that both the licensee and her assistant only possessed expired CPR certifications at the time of inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care as this is a repeat violation.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee #2 accidently left her purse on a TV tray and her medication pills spilled onto the floor infront of child #1 which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
