Additionally, a box of ammunition was not stored in a locked container. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed cleaning compounds, poisons, detergents and toxins under the kitchen sink area in the home. Child care assistant locked the cabinet areas in the presence of LPA. LPA observed a walker outdoors in play area, easily accessible to children. Child care assistant reports the walker is used while training children to walk.
