Personal Rights — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the licensee has roof construction occurring during day care with constant banging on roof. Although, the licensee stated that the constrcution workers go on lunch during nap time, infants do not have a designated nap time and the constant banging maybe uncomfortbale for children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
