Personal Rights — Based on LPA observed Child#4 asleep in a high chair, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

102416.2(b) - Reporting Requirements: The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events as specified in Health and Safety Code Sections 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(1)(C) that occur during the operation of the family child care home. Based on interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensee failed to report an unusual incident involving a child's injury to the Department.

Infant Safe Sleep — Based on LPAs observation and review of records revealed Child#2 and Child #4 did have a safe sleep plan or a safe sleep log at the time of the inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
