Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 3 bottles of cleaning products were observed in a lower unlocked kitchen cabinet, whereas lock was inoperable which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. LPA observed a bottle of Clorox bleach, a bottle of dish soap, and a bottle of cleaning spray accessible to children in care.
