Per regulation : (j) The provider shall supervise infants while they are sleeping and adhere to the following requirements: (1)The provider shall physically check on the infant every 15 minutes.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Staff 1 does not have immunizations on file.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record reviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, mandated reporter training had expired which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 2 out of 2 files did not have completed sleep logs which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
