Carbon monoxide detectors required — Based on observation and interview conducted, the director did not comply with the section cited above as director did not ensure a functioning carbon monoxide detector was present which poses a potential safety risk to children in care.

The poisons were located in a lower cabinet that was not secured.

Staff immunization requirements — Based on observaton and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where 2 preschool staff present and working with children did not have proof of immunization records for the measles, pertussis, influenza vaccinations or letter to decline the influenza vaccination which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personnel Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in subject staff present and working with preschool children did not have proof of a Tuberculosis screening, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
