Buildings and Grounds — , on 11/10/2025 rodent droppings were discovered by a teacher in Mercury and Viking classrooms. On 11/12/2025 rodent was discovered in Apollo and Vanguard classrooms by a teacher. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — LPA observed Dirt King (DK-250-R) tricyles on the play yard. Per manufacturer specifications, this particular model of tricyle is for ages 4-6. This play yard was for the younger preschoolers (2-3 year olds). This has the potential to be a health and safety risk to children in care.
To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. -This regulation is not being met as evidence by: multiple interviewees state that they observed or heard of S11 "bopping" a child on the head with a soft block and S11 hitting a child on the back resulting in the children crying. Which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
