Wading Pools — Based on observation the Licensee did not comply with section cited above. LPAs observed inflatable pool at the bootom of water slide had not been emptied after morning use. This is a potential risk to safety of children in care.
Child's Medical Assessments — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 8 children did not have Child's Preadmission Health History Parent's Report (LIC 702) which poses a potential safety risk to persons in care.
Sign In and Sign Out — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 8 out of 39 children were signed in which poses a potential safety or personal risk to persons in care.
