Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to above ground spa does not have currently have water, but some rain water has collected, there is currently a cover but the cover does not have a lock. The spa is currenly behind a chain link fence which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.the spa cover
