Sign In and Sign Out — Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 16 children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed a parent ask staff to sign in two children. Staff complied and used the electronic sign in to log children into the facility for the parent.
