Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in missing sleep logs for 2 of 2 infants which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Child's Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in missing LIC627 for C1 and incomplete LIC 627 FOR C6 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the stairs do not have a gate. Children pass the stairs when entering/exiting home and there isn't another safety gate to the dining room where the stairs are located. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the cupboard under kitchen sink (cleaning products and bleach) was left unlatched; knife drawer was unlatched - within reach of children. Children were asleep during inspection therefore not an immediate risk. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that bleach was left in an unlatched cupboard and insecticide was left in the backyard. Children were asleep during inspection therefore not an immediate risk. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that upon LPA's arrival, licensee was in the front yard with an infant while four children ages 3-4 were asleep inside, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
