LPA observed SKI NEO SOLU-STYRIL NO.5 that reads "Keep out of reach of children and harmful if swallowed" which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

While touring the facility, LPA observed ants inside Classroom #13 near the childrens water fountain that is used for drinking which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
